Violent Assault - Milton Keynes

Our client challenge and requirement:

Our staff are constantly scanning and reviewing our intelligence gathering system which identifies incidents or information from open source that is relevant to the areas our cameras are or could be situated. In this particular case we identified an assault that occurred in the location of our cameras through social media prior to it being reported to the Police.

Our process and service solution provision:

In the daily process of our ongoing project work, our team coordinates our activities with multiple authorities and partners, as well as conducting a deep mining of local and national media and social media channels, gathering important live data and information on a wide range of security-related issues, from anti-social behaviour incidents in our communities, to violence against women and girls, to traffic and highways related incidents.

Before any communication occurred from the Police, reacting to new information gleaned from our intelligence system platform, we had identified the offence, captured the images, created an evidence pack and safely transferred it to the Police.
